You do not need another app. You need someone you can just tell.

An AI team for your posts, website, ads and email. Tell Ada at the front desk what you need. They do it, or tell you what works better.

We need more bookings in October. Put 20% off on Instagram for the whole month.
AdaOn it. Otto, Bruno and Gina have everything you told me.
OttoI can. But a month at 20% off teaches people to wait for the next one. Three days, first visit only, books more and costs you less. Want that instead?
Yes, do that.

Why nothing stuck

You tried the apps. You tried the people.

The apps wanted you to learn them first. A dashboard, a setup call, a trial that ran out before you had opened it twice. A comment on a Reddit forum for solopreneurs put it in eight words: “Everything else I've tried adds tabs not time.”

The people were easier. You told them what you needed and they did it, for a while. Then the replies got slower. Then they stopped.

So the work came back to you, on Saturday afternoon. A second job nobody pays you for.

It was not you. The apps were built for people with time to learn them, and the people had other clients to move on to.

What you wanted was never complicated. Someone you can just tell. Who knows the job better than you do. And who is still there next month.

The other thing you tried

And you already have ChatGPT.

You do, and it is very good. We are not going to pretend otherwise: you use it every day and you would know.

The difference is what arrives. Ask it for an article and an article appears in the chat. Then you read it, fix it, reformat it and paste it somewhere. Ask whether your idea is any good and it tells you it is great. One founder, two months in: “I'm spending more time fighting with the AI than I would just doing the work myself.”

You tell Maestrana what you want done. Not how to do it. What comes back is not a conversation. It is the thing itself, already where it belongs.

Real times

Asked for at 10:42. Live at 11:16.

Not a promise. Two real requests, with the times still on them.

Your teamBruno
Create a landing page for Raw2Ads, an AI platform that turns raw footage into testable ad variations. Explain how it works, show the product, and a clear button.
BrunoHere is your live landing page: raw2ads.com raw2ads.com raw2ads Raw footage in, ads out. Hook, Body and CTA variations in minutes. Start for free
Looks perfect, thanks!

A landing page asked for at 10:42. At 11:16, an address that opens. Not a file, not the HTML.

Your teamUgo
Write me the piece on business accounts for Canadian companies for Neobankfit.
UgoAlready done: research, search structure, fact-check and draft. The article is inside your WordPress as a draft. neobankfit.com · Posts · Drafts Best Business Accounts for Canadian CompaniesDraft · Ugo · 17:06 Top Neobanks in Canada (2026 Comparison)Draft · Ugo

An article asked for at 16:41. At 17:06 it is a draft in WordPress, where it belongs. Nothing to copy and paste.

Tell Ada what you need

How it works

If you can send a message, you already know how.

  1. Tell them like you would tell staff“We need more bookings in October.” Your words, from your phone. No prompts, no settings, no training videos.
  2. Ada puts the right people on itOtto on the offer, Bruno on the page, Gina on the posts. They work on it together, and each of them knows everything you told any of them.
  3. If it will not work, you hear it firstThe way a good consultant would say it: why, and what works better. You keep the last word.
  4. It comes back doneThe page live, the posts scheduled, the emails sent. Not a to-do list with your name on it.

Your partOne message, the details only you know, and a yes.

Their partEverything else: the offer, the page, the posts, the emails and the follow-ups.

Tell Ada what you need

Like a consultant

They do what you ask. Unless it will not work.

A good employee does what you say. A good consultant stops you before you pay for the wrong thing. Here you get both in the same reply: the reason, the better option and the work. Say “do it my way” and they do it your way.

UgoBlog

“Write a post about our tenth anniversary.”

Nobody searches for that. 2,400 people a month near you search “how long does balayage last”. I wrote that one, and your ten years open the article.

GinaSocial media

“Post something every day at lunchtime.”

Your followers are online after 7 pm, and lunchtime posts reach half as many of them. Four posts a week at 7:30, already scheduled.

BrunoWebsites

“Put every service on the homepage.”

On a phone that is a wall of text nobody books from. One short page per service, all live, all linked from the homepage.

NoraEmail

“Email every gym in town about our sports massage.”

9 of the 32 already have a physio on site. I wrote to the other 23, each with a reason that fits them.

Real chats

This is what telling them looks like.

Your teamBruno
Put all 14 of our treatments on the homepage, so people see everything we do.
BrunoI'd hold off. Your homepage has one job: get the woman with melasma to book. A menu of 14 makes her scroll instead of act.
BrunoKeep the homepage on the melasma program and its 15-day guarantee, and link one page with all 14. Everyone still sees everything. Do the focused versionAll 14 on the homepage
Focused version.
BrunoLive: valeriapbeautycare.com Valeria Beautycare Renueva tu piel sin procedimientos invasivos

Asked for something that loses bookings. Bruno says why, offers the fix, and puts it live once she says yes.

Your teamOtto
Write the Instagram ad for the melasma program in English. It looks more premium.
OttoI can. But your clients in Panama City scroll in Spanish, and an English ad reads like it is for tourists. Want both, so the numbers decide?
Both.
OttoTwo ads live, same photo, same budget. In three days I tell you which one books more and move the money there. ES¿Manchas que no se van? ENMelasma that won't fade?

The owner wanted English. Otto knows who scrolls in Panama City, and lets the results settle it.

Your teamNora
Half my emails are people asking the price. Can you answer those?
NoraDone for this week. 31 emails, 12 about price. I answered 11 in your voice, with the melasma page and the guarantee.
NoraOne asks if the treatment is safe while pregnant. That one I left for you. Show me that email
Perfect, thank you.

Nora answers the easy ones in your voice, and knows which one needs you.

“It feels like having a marketing team available whenever I need it.”

“I can simply send a message explaining what I need, just like I would on WhatsApp. It has helped me create promotional texts, social media posts and a complete page for one of our services. It remembers the business and understands the style we want, so I don't have to start from zero every time. The biggest change has been saving time and feeling more relaxed about marketing.”

Compared to what you tried

The same work, without managing anyone.

A freelancer

  • Easy to talk to. Then slower. Then gone
  • Does what you ask, even when it will not work
  • $175€160 a month for nine posts

Another app

  • A dashboard to learn before anything happens
  • Knows your business only inside that app
  • One more subscription, one more tab

ChatGPT

  • Writes the text. You do everything after it
  • Tells you your idea is great
  • $20€20, plus your evenings

Maestrana

  • Nothing to learn: you text
  • Tells you when it will not work, then does what will
  • Hands back the work done, not described
  • One memory of your business, shared by the whole team
  • Still there next month, and still knows your business
  • $49€49 a month for the whole team
What it costs

The whole AI team costs less than nine posts from a freelancer.

$89€89 $49€49/ month
  • A social media manager, nine posts a monthabout $175about €160
  • The whole team, twenty jobs a month$49€49
  • The whole team, sharing one memory of your business
  • New specialists join the team at no extra cost
  • Twenty jobs a month. Questions and changes do not count
  • Inside Telegram, free on iPhone and Android. Nothing new to learn
  • More than one business? One yearly plan covers all of them
  • Founding price, because we are new. It goes up for people who join later, not for you
  • Cancel in the chat, whenever you want. You keep everything they made

Fourteen days to judge the work. If they have not handed you work you would have paid someone else to do, you get your money back. You ask in the same chat.

Questions

Before you open Telegram.

I do not have Telegram.

It is free and takes two minutes: install it on your phone or computer, open our link and say hello to Ada. It is the only app this needs.

At that price, what is the catch?

That we are new and you have never heard of us. That is the whole catch. And you do not have to trust the price: take fourteen days, and if they have not handed you work you would have paid someone else to do, you get your money back.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. If you can write a text message, you can use it. Say what you need in your own words. If something is missing, they ask, one question at a time.

What if what I ask for is a bad idea?

You hear it before you pay for it: why it will not work, and what will. Then you decide. If you still want it your way, they do it your way.

Do they do the work, or just tell me how?

They do it. The page goes live, the posts go out on schedule, the article lands in your WordPress, the emails leave. When a job needs your login or your approval, they ask for that one thing and take it from there.

Will I end up fixing everything myself?

You will change a few words, and you should. You should not have to restructure it, re-check the facts or start over. Corrections do not count as jobs, and they keep what you tell them about your business, so the first week is the one where you correct them the most. After that it drops off.

Will I have to explain my business every time?

No. The whole team shares one memory: your prices, your customers, the way you talk. Send them your website on the first day and they learn how you sound.

What counts as a job?

One thing you asked for, delivered. An article. An ad set. A landing page. A read of your numbers. Questions, corrections and going back and forth do not count.

Is there a free trial?

It is a paid subscription, with something better than a trial. You get the whole team from the first day, and fourteen days to judge the work: if they have not handed you work you would have paid someone else to do, you ask in the chat and get your money back.

Send them the job you keep putting off.

Tonight, from your phone, instead of on Saturday afternoon. Ada answers in seconds.
